General Ledger Module

Full ledger reporting is available and includes a Ledger Listing, Trial Balance and Report Writer. The ledger comes with a standard chart of accounts that can be customised to your requirements.

Cash Book Module

This is a Multi Bank account cashbook with full interfacing to the general ledger.  Listings of all current and historical information are available.

Debtors and Invoicing Module

The debtors system consists of a full customer database. This allows the user to prepare invoices and credit notes along with full reports and lookup facilities.  There are full aged debtor’s reports and sales analysis reports. The invoice printing screen can be customised if required. Enquiry facilities exist on any current or historical data.

Creditors Module

The creditors system is our full version, which allows full creditors details and listings. The system has full aged reports and listings of invoices entered and unpaid. There is provision for full or partial payments of creditor’s invoices and full enquiry on current or old invoices.

Product Module

The product system is a very flexible system that allows product entry and product groups.

We have provided the ability to have separate price types for customers, and to have different selling units.

Stock

This is a fully comprehensive system which is linked to the creditors and product files.  This allows tracking of goods on Sales orders and Purchase orders as well as stock on self from the same place. Sales analysis is available as is full stock reporting i.e.: stock take reports etc.

Sales Orders

This allows you to enter sales orders in a summarised form or in detail with prices being completed.  Packing slips can then be printed and once an order is fulfilled, an invoice is generated and printed. An electronic interface is available, at this stage mainly for orders from sales reps or debtors via modems and/or Portable data transmitters.  There is also an interface to a web ordering module.

Purchase Orders

This allows purchase orders to be entered by product, by job or other. When items are received then jobs or stock can be updated and creditor’s invoices created for payment.  Outstanding details can be listed relating to purchase orders still outstanding not matched etc.

Purchase Orders Importing

This will keep record of purchase orders on importing of stock in Local or foreign currency.

This module enables you to keep track of contacts with existing and prospective clients  We can generate a data file for mail merge or labels on this file as required.  This also has full search facilities available.

Web Interface

This is a full interface with the General Ledger System, operating in real time for the purpose of online ordering of product.  The number of users, who can be online at any one time, is determined by the number of user licences.

Does it have a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system?

Yes, all CSoft Business packages incorporate a CRM system. This allows you to compile lists and send letters or emails to specific client groups, such as all overdue debtors.

How regularly is product information updated?

We update new product releases on a regular basis.

Can I search on customers and products?

Yes. All CSoft Business packages have very advanced search feature, which will let you find the lookup information in most places in forms in a simple to read table format.

How many customer/products are maintained?

The number of customers, products, orders, etc is almost unlimited. There will be no limitation on your business growth.

Can CSoft Business software manage my GST?

Yes, a GST calculator and reporting are built into CSoft Business software.

What types of reports are available?

There are many reports available as standard. You can also build any specialised report your business requires. There is also the option of reporting directly from Excel or Crystal Reports using ODBC

Is CSoft Business Accelerator web based?

Yes, CSoft Business software can be accessed through web based terminal service. Under development is our Java based windows interface, this will be released in the near future.

Can I integrate CSoft Business software with my website?

Yes, we do this for a number of clients now. Please call and we will provide demonstrations of what is possible.

Can I customise the software?

Yes, CSoft Business Accelerator and CSoft Business Advanced products can be customised. CSoft Business Start up is not customisable as its purpose is for start up business that need stability while they get established. When your business has grown to the point when changes are needed then we upgrade you to either the Accelerator or Advanced product.

How many users can be setup?

CSoft Business software can be setup for one user or for more than a thousand users. Each user will require their own license.

What security measures does CSoft Business software provide?

Every user has a specific profile and password. The profile ensures the user only sees or has access to their own information, while managers can see all subordinate information.

Will CSoft Business software interface with my current operating system or Corporate Database?

Yes, CSoft Business Advanced is our product where interfacing into existing systems is required. We customise both our accounting modules and Data Structures to match your requirements.

Where is my data stored?

CSoft Business software stores all information on a server. Depending on your preferences you can utilise our multi-dimensional database or setup your own database on your server.

Is CSoft Business Accelerator XML compliant?

Yes, CSoft Business software is compliant with the EDI Industry XML Initiative. XML is the new technology for Business-to-Business data transfer.

Does CSoft provide System Consultancy Services?

Yes. We provide technical expertise, consultancy and support. We also advice on Disaster Recovery Plans and Office spreadsheet auditing services.

Does CSoft provide training?

Yes. We believe training is important to ensure our clients get the most from our system. We include an initial training sessions free of charge with our standard pricing.

Am I required to purchase a service contract?

No, but please be aware that you will have to pay for upgrades and service contract clients get priority.

Do I pay for upgrades?

CSoft Business software is continually being updated and re-engineered. Major upgrades to the system happen about every eight to ten weeks. These upgrades are all included in our normal service contracts.

Can CSoft Provide Hardware?

Yes. We are able to provide technical assistance and competitive quotes.

Is CSoft able to transfer/import my data?

Yes. CSoft can arrange for you existing data to be imported directly into CSoft Business software.

Why do you have a brief case as part of your logo?

We don’t really know. But we wanted to emphasis that we have a business outlook first, rather than just software producers.

What operating system is it built in?

CSoft Business software will run on Windows or Linux operating systems
